Vehicles / Driving

Each site is limited to 2 vehicles, including campers and guests. All vehicles must be driven by a licensed adult. Please stick to the 5 MPH speed limit – kids are always out playing, so let’s keep it safe!

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours start at 11 PM without exceptions. Please turn off music and keep noise to a minimum in your RV or tent. Any disruptive behavior will result in an immediate loss of camping privileges without refunds.

Alcohol

Alcohol is allowed at your campsite. Please use cups when moving around the campground and avoid glass bottles for safety reasons.

Smoking

Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside any building on the premises, including rental units, the office, and bathrooms.

Pets

We’re excited to have your furry friends join the fun! Please keep them on a leash at all times and don’t leave them unattended. Each site allows up to two pets. For cabins and yurts, there’s a $25 fee per pet per stay. Be sure to clean up after your pets and use the nearest waste receptacle. To keep things safe and comfortable for everyone, pets aren’t allowed in the main building or pool area. Thanks for helping us keep Benner’s pet-friendly! 🐾

Firewood

Please avoid bringing out-of-state wood into the campground to comply with Pennsylvania's regulations. We provide firewood for purchase, with delivery to your site available. For campfires, keep them small, fully extinguish with water before leaving, and use designated fire rings only. Burn only wood to maintain a safe and eco-friendly camping environment.

Property Damage

Our trees are important to us. We ask that you do not cut down any standing trees (alive or dead). Please do not deface or damage trees with nails, axes or saws.

Water

The use of communal water for washing vehicles or equipment, including kayaks and canoes, is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.
